East Bay Charter Township is a Passport Acceptance Facility.
We are accepting Passport applications by appointment only. Please call (231)947-8647 to schedule an appointment. If applying for routine service expect to receive a passport in 10-12 weeks. Expedited service is an additional $60 to receive your passport in 4-6 weeks.
Due to unprecedented mail volume and other COVID-19 impacts the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is experiencing delays. If requesting expedited service due to upcoming travel plans, please plan on sending the passport application using USPS’ Priority Mail Express.
