Explore East Bay - 2020
Explore East Bay was an outdoor walking program that ran from September 7 through November 1, 2020. Made possible through partnership with the Health Department of Northwest Michigan and mParks, participants improved their health and fitness through exploring the parks located within East Bay Township!
Over 80 participants joined in on the fun of exploring East Bay. Weekly photo contests at featured parks and trails were held every week, check out a slideshow of some of the winning photos below!
In addition to the creation of the Explore East Bay program, East Bay's partners helped to fund new surfacing and striping of the tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts at Grace MacDonald Park!
