| Matt Courtade Matt is a sixth generation, lifelong resident of East Bay Township and has served the township in many compacities over the years. In his teenage years, Matt volunteered as a firefighter for station 9. Later he managed the township run summer camp. After attending township board and planning commission meetings regularly for many years, Matt was elected to Trustee and served from 1996 – 2000, 2008 – 2016 and 2020 – present. Matt has also served the township on the Zoning Board of Appeals, Parks Commission and currently is an alternate on the Metro fire board. Matt and his wife Sue were married in 1980 and have five daughters and twelve grandchildren. |
