East Bay Township has engaged the planning consultant firm Giffels Webster in a substantial update of the East Bay Township Zoning Ordinance (
current ordinance available here). The first phase in that process is an audit of the existing ordinance to identify any inconsistencies in the ordinance itself, state and federal statute, the master plan, and zoning best practices. Please take a moment to complete this short survey by

Over the next several months, Giffels Webster will be meeting with the planning commission as well as a project steering committee to work on drafting the updates.
